Ryan Stangle, President

After working successfully in the benefits industry, Ryan saw the need to start a company that could offer more strategic benefit solutions, while providing world-class service to their clients year around. Setting out to do just that, he founded Insurance Force in 2005. With just one computer and not a single client, Ryan had something more important vision. He knew what was lacking in the benefits arena, and he stepped in to fill it. Since opening its doors, the Insurance Force has seen tremendous growth. The continued success is a result of under-promising, over-delivering, and always having his client’s best interests in mind.

• Besides his clientele at Insurance Force, Ryan is a committed husband and father of two young boys and a new baby girl.
• President of the Building Traditions Society a Anne Arundel Medical Center
• Sits on the Foundation Board at Anne Arundel Medical Center where he is also on their Finance Committee
• Graduated from the University of Dayton
• Played Football for UD, where he was Captain of the team, in addition to being named All-Conference, Academic All-Conference, and All-American Honorable Mention. He also won the Lt. Andy Zulli Award for showing outstanding character, sportsmanship, and leadership on and off the field.
